The project is formed by 5 new guesthouses as part of a larger agricultural territory bordering a corktree forest in the north. Questioning the necessity for an all-year round constant interior room temperature the houses offer a low-tech and differentiated approach to thermal regulation depending on the season and activities of the inhabitants. Each home is formed by a interior room and an exterior room. The boundary is formed by an oven. Sliding doors and curtains allow to regulate the thermal conditions of the rooms according to individual – instead of standardized necessities.
